How to change the background color of the editor mcedit?

Use the following commands to change mcedit colours:

vi /root/.config/mc/ini

Find Colors section and make some changes:

[Colors]
base_color=editnormal=lightgray,black:editbold=yellow,black:editmarked=black,cyan

Then run mcedit.
